Free Excel to PDF
Excel to PDF converts Excel (.xlsx, .xlsm), OpenDocument (.ods) and CSV spreadsheets into PDF tables with selectable text. Choose the sheets, page size and orientation, repeat the header, and fit columns to the page or split wide tables across pages. Dates, currencies and percentages keep their formats, while cell colors, fonts and borders are dropped.

Quick answers
Is my spreadsheet uploaded?
No. The spreadsheet is read and the PDF is built inside your browser. Your data never leaves your device.
Will colors and formatting be kept?
Cell values, dates, currencies and percentages are kept and the layout is clean, but cell colors, fonts, borders and merged cells are not carried over. For an exact copy of the styling, export to PDF from Excel or LibreOffice.

How to use the Excel to PDF

Frequently asked questions
What if my table is very wide?
Use landscape orientation, a smaller font, or turn on “Split wide tables across pages” so columns that don't fit continue on the next page instead of being squeezed.
Which formats can I open?
Excel .xlsx and .xlsm, OpenDocument .ods, and .csv. Each sheet becomes its own section in the PDF. Old .xls files (Excel 97–2003) need to be saved as .xlsx first.
