Terms of use
Last updated: 3 November 2026
These terms apply when you use Private AI Tools and its tools, including through AI assistants and agents. The site is run by gurumedia.it. By using it you accept these terms; if you don't, please don't use the site.
The service
The tools are free and need no account. They run in your web browser, so the files you open are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.
Your use
Use the tools only for lawful purposes and only on files and content you have the right to use. You are responsible for your files, for keeping copies of the originals and for how you use the results. Don't try to disrupt the site or its MCP server, for example with automated mass requests.
AI results
Some tools use AI models that run on your device. Their results, such as transcriptions, recognized text, translations, cut-outs or detections, can be wrong or incomplete: check them before relying on them.
No warranty
The site and the tools are provided as they are and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee that they are always available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data or lost profits arising from the use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Third parties and open source
The site may show ads and partner links marked as sponsored; partner sites have their own terms. AI models are downloaded from Hugging Face and map tiles from OpenFreeMap. The tools are built on open-source software, used under their own licenses, listed on the credits page.
Content and results
The site's texts, design and code belong to their owners. The files you create with the tools are yours, as far as the law and the rights in your source material allow.
Privacy
How the site handles data is explained in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings in the courts that those rules allow.
