No. The files are read and merged inside your browser, so they never leave your device.
Can I merge only some pages of a file?
Yes. Type the pages you want in the field under the file name, for example 1-3, 7 or 10- for page 10 to the end. Leave it empty to include every page.

Frequently asked questions
Why is one of my files refused?
Password-protected or permission-restricted (encrypted) PDFs can't be modified in the browser. Remove the protection with the program that created the file, then add it again.
Are bookmarks and form fields kept?
Page content, links and annotations are kept, but bookmarks and interactive form fields of the original files are not copied into the merged document.
