Free Rotate PDF
Rotate PDF turns, deletes and reorders the pages of a PDF in one editor. Rotate single pages or all of them, drag pages into a new order, and restore deleted pages until you save. Rotation is lossless: the file only records the new orientation, so text and images are not redrawn.

Quick answers
Does rotating reduce the quality?
No. The page content is not redrawn: the PDF just records the new orientation, so text and images stay exactly as they were.

Frequently asked questions
Can I undo a deleted page?
Yes, until you save. Deleted pages stay in the grid, faded, and the restore button brings them back. Reset undoes every change.
Is my PDF uploaded?
